Does the free trial cost anything?

No. On iPhone and iPad, Apple asks you to confirm the "30-day Trial" at $0.00. You aren't charged, now or when it ends, and it doesn't turn into a subscription.

What's included in the trial?

Everything except saving and restoring backups: your checklists, every list, customizing and editing, for 30 days.

What happens after 30 days?

Your lists stay on your device to see. Checking off, editing and starting a new departure need the unlock: a single purchase, no subscription. Tap the days-left badge (or Unlock) in the app.

I bought the unlock. How do I get it on a new phone?

Install the app, then tap Restore Purchase on the first screen or the unlock screen, signed in with the same Apple Account or Google account you bought it with.

Can my family use my unlock?

On iPhone and iPad, yes: the unlock is shared through Family Sharing when it's turned on for purchases. Google Play doesn't share in-app purchases between accounts.

How do I ask for a refund?

Refunds go through the store you bought from. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play: Google Play refunds. A refunded unlock locks the app again.

Where is my checklist saved?

Only on your device. Nothing is sent to us. With the unlock, ⋯ › Export Backup saves a file you can restore on another iPhone, iPad or Android device.

How do I start the next trip?

Tap New Departure and choose the situation: Moving Everything, Taking a Day Trip, Going to the Dump Station and so on. Everything is unchecked for the new departure. Undo is available right after.

How do I change my RV or what I tow?

⋯ › Change Equipment reopens the setup questions with your answers filled in. Your changes, items and lists are kept.

Can I add my own items, lists and things I bring?

Yes. Tap Edit to add items, change categories and choose which lists an item is on. ⋯ › Edit Filters makes new lists, and ⋯ › Add Something You Bring adds your own gear that comes along or stays.
