Wrist Recorder puts a voice recorder on your wrist. Your note is saved on Apple Watch, sent to your iPhone, and transcribed automatically.
Record from your watch face
- New Recording complication: one tap opens the recorder and starts recording.
- Add to Latest complication: keep talking into your most recent note.
- Record without your iPhone nearby. Notes are sent over when it's back in range.
Transcribed on your iPhone
- Every note is transcribed as soon as it arrives, with no need to open it.
- Add more to a note and the whole note is transcribed again.
- Select and copy any part of a transcript, or share it.
- Share a note's audio as a single sound file.
Easy to keep track
- Newest notes at the top, each with a one-line preview.
- Search your transcripts to find a note by what you said.
- Swipe to rename a note; the name shows on your watch too.
- Color-coded categories you pick while recording, and hide the ones you don't need.
- An icon shows whether a note came from iPhone or Apple Watch.
- Select several notes to share or delete them together.
Private by design
- No account, no ads, no tracking.
- Recordings and transcripts stay on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
- Choose whether deletions sync, and whether iPhone recordings go to your watch.
